The BIC2G is an ongoing development project by the Technology Business Unit of Oracle’s North American Sales Organization and has limited support resources. That said, the BIC2G:EE is made available for worldwide use, both inside and outside of Oracle. As such, the representative who provides you the image also agrees to provide support. For example, the instructors for the North American BI Partner Training support the images they hand out in the class.
